~How do I place an order?
Easy, just decide which items you are interested in purchasing and click on the  "order " box next to the item. .  This will prompt you to fill in the necessary information, and I will then receive your order.  If you have any special instructions for your item, please do not hesitate to contact me  and I will do my best to  accommodate you. .

~What if I want a Special order?
I will gladly try and fill your request.  Please just remember that most bead sets are a one of a kind, as they come from my imagination!  Jewelry items can be made to order, just allow a little extra time for processing.

~What if I want to change a design?
I will be most happy to make changes to a design as long as we discuss the intended changes.  Color and shape changes are easy to make.  Just contact me at whimsey1947@hotmail.com for any type of changes or questions.

~Do you do custom work?
Yes and no.....Most of the items that you see on my site are my designs, and I will happily make design changes  to any piece.  The same goes with the beads that you see on my site, I will be most happy to make them any way that you wish..  Please contact me by email  whimsey1947@hotmail.com; or call me at 763 591 9308, and be sure to specify it for a website order

~What payment and shipping is available?
I currently take paypal for my payments, and hope to soon be taking credit card orders.  I will keep you posted  as to when I get my machine.
Shipping is done by 1st class USPS mail unless you request priority mail.   Cost for shipping for beads is $2.50; priority is $4.05. If you wish insurance it is availabel for an additional charge. I also ship Global Priority which is $9.50 and to Canada it is $7.50   My items are shipped in heavy duty boxes to make sure your item arrives safely.
If you wish to insure your items, please let me know ahead of time before I give you the final total.

~What if I am unhappy with my purchase?
You may return the beads within 7 days of receipt.  You MUST first contact me and let me know that you are returning them.  I will refund your payment minus shipping charges, insurance and fees if there are any, or you may choose another set for equal or lesser value. 

I want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase

~How long can I expect to wait for my items?
In stock lampwork and jewelry items will ship as soon as payment is received,  Custom lampwork orders are completed within two weeks, unless we are especially swamped, and in that case we will let you know it will be longer.  Once you have approved the photo and we have received payment, your item will be shipped the next available mailing.
